Kristal M. Johnson to Deliver Keynote Address for Nonprofit ChangeMakers Summit

Top Nonprofits today announced Kristal M. Johnson as the keynote speaker for the Nonprofit ChangeMakers Summit on September 15 and 17. Johnson is an international speaker, trainer and author. “Because of first-hand experience, both in nonprofit development and marketing, Kristal is a sought-after speaker for many organizations, including international grant consultancy firms and economic development councils,” said Amy DeVita, COO of TopNonprofits. “I am thrilled that a ‘Women Empowering Change’ Professional Award winner is opening our summit.”

Johnson will open the virtual summit on September 15 speaking about the connection and cultivation of donor relationships that help the giver and receiver achieve their goals. “The pandemic has challenged nonprofit leaders to up-their-game in building crucial relationships,” said Johnson, President/CEO of Fundjoy, advocating that nonprofit leaders should “crush fear and communicate with confidence.” Johnson will also deliver the keynote on September 17, addressing Virtual Leadership Culture.

Under her direction, FundJoy has helped hundreds of nonprofit organizations throughout North America, Europe and Africa to find the sustainable funding they need. She is a $200 million fundraiser, and provides training in fundraising, marketing, and social media for nonprofit executives through workshops, seminars and conferences.
